The Public Examination into the Mill Hill East Area Action Plan (AAP) will open at 10.30am on Monday 13 October and will carry over into Thursday 16 and Friday 17 October, in the Committee Room 1, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, London N20 0EJ

Mr Dougals Machin, has been appointed as the Inspector by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government to independently examine the soundness of the AAP.

Approximately six weeks following the close of the Hearings , Mr Machin will prepare a rerport for the Council with recommendations, including any changes required to the AAP.  This report  will be binding on the Council.

Hearing Sessions - A draft programme of hearing sessions will be sent out by the end of July.
